Kathleen Bozanic has joined the board of Independence Group as non-executive director. Ms Bozanic has over 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing, strategic transformation, leadership roles, as well as managing commercial and legal requirements for acquisitions and capital raisings. Geoffrey Clifford, who has been on the board since 2012, will be retiring as non-executive director in November.
Grant Mills has resigned as non-executive director of Kingsrose Mining. He has been on the board since 2017 and will remain in the role until the end of November.
