Board Moves November 30, 2023

Geoff Baldwin has retired as non-executive director of AssetOwl. He joined the board in June 2018.

Impact Minerals has appointed Arron Canicais as chief financial officer and company secretary, following the resignation of Bernard Crawford who was appointed to the roles in April 2016. Mr Canicais is an experienced finance professional who has been a company secretary and chief financial officer of public and private companies across several sectors.

Lykos Metals has appointed Anna Sloboda as non-executive chair and Craig McNab as company secretary. Ms Sloboda, a mining executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in developing emerging and established resources companies, succeeds Stephen Allen who has retired from the board but remains a shareholder. Mr McNab is a chief financial officer and company secretary with over 14 years of experience in the resource industry and accounting profession within Australia, NZ and the UK. He replaces Candice Van Der Plas who has been with the company since its listing in 2021.

James Doyle has resigned as joint company secretary of Metalicity.

Robert Boston has resigned as managing director and chief executive of MinRex Resources. He was appointed to the role in June 2023.

Emily Spano has resigned as company secretary of Nanollose.

Triton Minerals has appointed current chief operating officer Adrian Costello as executive director, and Patrick Burke has resigned as non-executive director. Mr Costello joined the company in October 2021, and Mr Costello has been with the board since its re-listing in 2016.
