Board Moves November 28, 2023

After 24 years on the board, Peter Leonhardt has resigned as a non-executive director of CTI Logistics and its controlled subsidiaries.

Element 25 has appointed John Ribbons as non-executive chair, succeeding Seamus Cornelius who is stepping down after 12 years on the board. Mr Ribbons joined the board in July 2010 and was its chief financial officer and company secretary for 15 years.

After 26 years of service, Henry Heng has resigned as managing director of Eneco Refresh. Mr Heng was one of the original founders of Eneco, and was instrumental in taking the company public.

Kinetiko Energy has appointed Robert Scharnell as non-executive director, following the departures of Tom Fontaine and longserving director Geoff Michael. Mr Scharnell is an experienced international oil and gas executive with over 30 years spent at Chevron Corporation, establishing and implementing their business strategy. He also has extensive experience in Africa, having undertaken major projects in Angola and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Peter Johnston has retired as non-executive director of NRW Holdings. He was appointed to the board in July 2016.

South32 has appointed Sharon Warburton as an independent non-executive director. Ms Warburton is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience across the major project infrastructure, property development, and resources industries. She has worked in Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
