Mark Eaton and Robert Dunne have stepped down as non-executive directors of Besra Gold. Mr Dunne will become a technical advisor and consultant to the company.

Andrew Woskett has resigned as managing director of Demetallica following AIC Mines’ interest in over 50% of the company. Mr Woskett will continue as chief executive, to facilitate the integration of Demetallica into AIC Mines through the takeover process, and will relinquish the CEO role when AIC Mines attains 90% interest in Demetallica.

St Barbara has appointed Dan Lougher as managing director and chief executive from 28 November, taking over from Craig Jetson who has resigned after almost 3 years in the role. Mr Lougher is a mining executive with over 40 years of mining experience gained in deep level underground mines within South Africa and Australia. He has also been involved in the development and operation of large-scale mining assets in the base and precious metals sector; successfully built multiple mines; and managed all facets of project development from resource definition, feasibility studies, project financing, mine construction and the negotiation of off-take contracts.
