Suraj Sanghani has been appointed company secretary of Lindian Resources. He replaces Steve Brockhurst who has resigned due to other work commitments.
Shannon Coates has been formally appointed company secretary of Mincor Resources, replacing Graham Fariss who will remain as the company’s corporate general manager. Ms Coates has been providing company secretarial assistance to Mincor for several months.
Matthew Foy has replaced Ian Hobson as company secretary of Vital Metals.
