Emyria has restructured its board with Dr Alistair Vickery retiring as executive medical director and focusing on the company’s clinical service expansion, particularly as it advances its MDMA-assisted therapy programs. Dr Stewart Washer will transition from executive chair to non-executive chair, and Dr Karen Smith will transition from an executive director to non-executive director.

Imdex has appointed Tracey Horton AO as non-executive director. Ms Horton has critical skills in corporate strategy, change management, economics, finance and accounting. She also has international experience and extensive board experience at public and private companies, government sector and not-for-profit organisations.

Meteoric Resources has appointed Peter Gundy as non-executive director. Mr Gundy has had a long history in the rare earth industy. He was the founder, chair and chief executive of Neo Material Technologies which manufactured a full suite of advanced rare earths used in the global electronics industries and automotive sector from its manufacturing plants in China and Thailand.

Ozz Resources has appointed Clint Moxham as non-executive director and Carla Healy as joint company secretary. Mr Moxham is a miner explorer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in mining strategy, risk management, data analysis, infrastructure development, geological understanding, option analysis, and mining due diligence. Mrs Healy is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience. Tim Slate, company secretary since March this year, will work with Mrs Healy as a joint company secretary.

Pointerra has appointed Damon Fieldgate as non-executive director, and Paul Farrell will be stepping down from the board after 5 years of service. Mr Fieldgate has over 30 years of experience within the international and Australian software solutions sector including 18 years in senior executive positions across the public, private, and private equity sectors.

Andrew Brown has stepped down as non-executive director of Ten Sixty Four, having been appointed to the board in June this year.
