Board Moves May 8, 2018

Alexium International Group has appointed current non-executive directors Susan Thomas as chair and Brigadier General Stephen Cheney as deputy chair. Ms  Thomas has had a distinguished career as a technology entrepreneur, in law and corporate finance. She also has significant board experience. General  Cheney was Inspector General of the Marine Corps and Commanding General of Parris Island Marine Base, former deputy executive secretary to US defence secretary Dick Cheney, and member of the Secretary of State John Kerry’s Foreign Affairs Policy board.

Caravel Minerals has appointed Alasdair Cooke and Alexander Sundich as non-executive directors.

Barry Fehlberg has joined the board of Venus Metals as non-executive director. Mr  Fehlberg has 50 years of experience in exploration for gold, base metals, diamonds and iron ore. He has been a director of exploration for various ASX-listed companies since 1978 and has made numerous discoveries in all those commodities.

Gregory Starr has joined PLC Financial Solutions as an independent non-executive director. Mr  Starr has a wealth of experience gained from being a public company director and holding senior board positions in several ASX-listed companies for over 20 years. His appointment follows the resignation of Joe Cossari from the board.
