John Langoulant AO has been appointed to the board of Amana Living. Mr Langoulant is a prominent Perth business leader with over 40 years of experience across the business, government and not-for-profit sectors. He was the WA Citizen of the Year (2011).
Rebecca Broughton has replaced Gemma Davies as the new company secretary of Carawine Resources.
Kevin Piepgrass has been appointed exploration manager of Tempus Resources. Mr Piepgrass is a geologist with over 15 years of experience in the mineral exploration and development industry. He joins the company in June.
Mark Lynam has joined the board of Tiger Resources as non-executive director. Mr Lynam has 30 years of mining and finance experience, and has served on the boards of several gold mining companies operating in African countries including the Democratic Republic of Congo.
