3D Metalforge has appointed Rodd Boland, Ma Carillo and Andrew Spira as non-executive directors. Mr Boland has been working in corporate advisory since 2014 and as a director of ASX-listed companies. Ms Carillo has extensive experience in IT companies and also with banking and lending companies as a director of operations for Manilla-based lenders. Mr Spira is the founder of Pineapple Funding, a high-volume lender to businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. They replace Matthew Waterhouse, Geoffrey Piggott and Tom Sonnen who have resigned from the board.

Aspire Mining has appointed chief operating officer Samuel Bowles as chief executive and Jules Grove as chief financial officer. Mr Bowles has been the company’s chief operating officer since March 2020. He has over 20 years of experience in technical, operational, and executive roles within the coal industry; and is a long-time resident of Mongolia where the company’s wholly-owned Ovoot Coking Coal Project is located. Mr Grove is a Chartered Accountant and a principal of CFO Advisory at Automic Group.

Atlas Pearls has appointed José Martins as an independent non-executive director. Mr Martins is a finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the management of public and private companies, and companies with offshore operations. Atlas has also appointed current financial controller Gemma Cann as chief financial officer, taking over from Diana Kubicki who will be resigning on 8 June.
