Board Moves May 14, 2021

Alex McCulloch has resigned as non-executive director of Kingwest Resources.

Resolute Mining has appointed Stuart Gale as managing director and chief executive, and Terry Holohan as chief operating officer. Mr Gale has been the company’s chief financial officer since January 2020 and has led the finance function, driven the focus on operational performance, and held the role of interim CEO since October 2020. Mr Holohan has held various executive and technical positions for 30 years in Africa and 10 years in Asia. He has focussed on re-engineering a range of precious and base metals mining projects, and has significant experience operating in technically and socially challenged environments where he has led multi-cultural workforces. Current COO David Kelly will remain with the company, to ensure a smooth transition, and continue as a member of the executive team.
