Board Moves May 12, 2017

Roby Zomer, founder of MGC Pharmaceuticals, has been appointed chief executive officer. Mr  Zomer was its executive director and chief technical officer prior to this appointment.

Dick Herman has resigned as non-executive director of Aurora Labs.

Millennium Minerals has appointed senior mining executives Dean Will as chief operating officer and Asareh Mansoori as general manager, operations. Ms  Mansoori was mining manager of the company’s Nullagine project from June 2015 to December 2016.

Pura Vida has appointed Kevin Hart as company secretary following the resignations of Dennae Lont and Nicholas Ong as joint company secretaries. Nathan Lude, current non-executive director, has committed to an executive director role for a 6-month period.

Graeme Boden has resigned as joint company secretary of Capricorn Metals. Jonathan Shellabear, current chief financial officer, will also assume the role of joint company secretary.

Caravel Minerals has advised the resignations of Rowen Colman as chief financial officer and Simon Robertson as company secretary. Dale Hanna has been appointed to take on both roles.
