Mitchell Atkins has resigned as non-executive director of The Agency Group Australia.

Petar Tomasevic has been appointed non‐executive director of GTI Resources following the resignation of non-executive chair Murray McDonald, who has been with the company since its inception in 2007. Current non-executive director Nathan Lude will take on the role of interim chair. The change is in line with the company’s strategy to focus on its high‐grade USA uranium portfolio. Mr  Tomasevic, managing director of Vert Capital which is a financial services company specialising in mineral acquisition and asset implementation, has worked with numerous ASX-listed companies in marketing and investor relations roles.

Dr Katharina Gerber, a lithium chemistry & geothermal lithium expert, joins the board of Vulcan Energy Resources as non-executive director. Dr  Gerber has experience in both lithium-ion battery chemistry and direct lithium extraction from geothermal brines. She had conducted research developing and characterising new electrode materials for lithium-ion battery as a part of her postdoctoral studies at the University of California and her doctoral thesis at the University of Bonn.
