Board Moves March 8, 2021

Caeneus Minerals has appointed Teow Kim Chng as non-executive director, following the resignation of David Sanders from the board. Mr Chng is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 40 years of experience.

Flinders Mines has appointed Amy Jiang as a nominee non-executive director of the company’s second largest shareholder, OCJ Investment (Australia). Ms Jiang is the company secretary and executive manager of OCJ.

African lithium developer Prospect Resources has appointed Ian Goldberg and Lee Tamplin as joint company secretaries following the departure of Andrew Whitten who has served as company secretary since April 2012. Mr Goldberg became the company’s chief financial officer in February 2021. Mr Tamplin, an employee of the Automic Group, has been a company secretary for several ASX-listed and unlisted public and private companies across a range of industries.

Andrew Metcalfe has replaced Ian Pamensky as company secretary of Sky and Space Company. Mr Metcalfe is an experienced company secretary and governance professional with a wealth of knowledge in ASX-listed company environments.

Samuel Ekins is the new chief executive of Wildcat Resources. Mr Ekins has over 15 years of experience as an economic geologist and extensive experience in technical and leadership roles, having worked in Australia and Southeast Asia in greenfields and brownfields gold and base-metal exploration, global upstream oil and gas consulting. The company also advised that Tom Bahen has resigned as non-executive director and Zane Lewis will step away as joint company secretary.
