Board Moves March 7, 2024

Val Coetzee, non-executive director of DRA Global since October 2023, has transitioned to the role of executive director of process and technology. He will focus on front-end project solutions and support of the process teams across key regions. Mr Coetzee joined the company in November 2008 and has been its process engineering manager and senior vice president before assuming a non-executive role.

WA Kaolin has appointed Sean Hu as non-executive director. Mr Hu has a deep understanding of the business segments related to kaolin in the Asia Pacific region, and the ability to formulate and execute strategies to bring long-term value to all stakeholders. WA Kaolin intends to proceed with a $7.7m equity placement with Stanco International Corp, a leading raw materials distribution company in the Asia Pacific region, where Mr Hu is chief executive.
