Evolution Energy Minerals has appointed Jay Stephenson as company secretary, current research & insights manager John Nolan as chief operating officer, and Grant Dyker will commence as chief financial officer from May 27. Mr Dyker has over two decades of experience in senior executive roles, including as CFO for multiple ASX-listed resources companies. Mr Stephenson has over 35 years of experience in business development and company secretarial duties across both listed and unlisted entities, and had been involved in overseeing various critical processes such as business acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings, capital raisings, business restructuring and acquisition.

Following an 85% purchase agreement with Corazon Mining’s subsidiary Coolgardie Nickel, including tenements that comprise the Miriam Lithium Project, Future Battery Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Nev Power as chair and Michael Edwards will transition from non-executive chair to non-executive director. The Miriam Lithium Project is located immediately north of FBM’s flagship Kangaroo Hills Lithium Project.

Genesis Minerals has appointed highly qualified mining engineer and geologist Dr Karen Lloyd as a non-executive director from April. Dr Lloyd has a PhD in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering from the WA School of Mines, an MBA, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Manchester, and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Meteoric Resources has appointed Stuart Gale as chief financial officer from April 8. Mr Gale has over 20 years of experience in the resources sector, as both a chief executive and chief financial officer.

Orpheus Uranium has appointed Clinton Dubieniecki as chief executive from late May. Mr Dubieniecki has more than 15 years of experience within global businesses focusing on uranium, including two of Australia’s licenced uranium operations.
