Board Moves June 8, 2017

Michael Fry has resigned as non-executive director of Cougar Metals, but will continue as company secretary and chief financial officer. Brian Thomas, who has over 30 years’ experience in the resources and mining sector, has been appointed non-executive director.

Asimwe Kabunga has been appointed non-executive director of Lindian Resources. A Tanzanian born Australian entrepreneur, Mr  Kabunga has been instrumental in establishing the Tanzania Community of Western Australia.

Plymouth Minerals has appointed Kevin Tomlinson as non-executive chair. London-based Mr  Tomlinson has over 30 years’ experience in mining and finance within the Toronto, Australian and London stock markets. Current executive chair Adrian Byass will become managing director.

Marenica Energy has appointed Shane McBride as chief financial officer and company secretary. Susan Hunter will be stepping down after 4 years as company secretary.

Dr Yichin Lee has resigned as non-executive director of migme.
