Board Moves June 29, 2018

Mark Connelly has resigned as non-executive director at Ausdrill. Mr  Connelly has held various senior management positions for other resource companies including Adamus Resources and Newmont Mining Corporation.

Brett Clark has resigned as chief executive officer and managing director at Ardea Resources. Mr  Clark has 25 years of experience in the mining and energy sectors in funding, operations and advisory.

David Griffiths has resigned as non-executive director at Wellard. Mr  Griffiths is the deputy chair of ThinkSmart and was the former chair of Northern Iron.

Nicholas Johansen has been appoinrted as non-executive chairman at SmartTrans Holdings. Mr  Johansen is a founding partner of Cozens Johansen Lawyers, a boutique law firm based in Darwin. He replaces Mark Vaile who has resigned as non-executive chair. Mr  Vaile is a former deputy Prime Minister and was instrumental  in negotiating the US-Australia Free Trade Agreement.

Aaron Day has been appointed non-executive director at Ausmex Mining Group. Mr  Day is a senior geologist and has been engaged to manage exploration, drilling and logistical programs.

Basil Conti has been appointed non-executive director at Sabre Resources. Mr  Conti is a director of Sheila Foundation, and has been associated with the mining industry for over 25 years. He replaces David Chapman who has resigned as non-executive director. Mr  Chapman has more than 30 years of resource industry experience as a geologist in senior and executive management roles with WMC Resources and the junior sector within Australia and overseas.
