Dan Arazi has resigned as director of Delta Drone International, having been on the board since its listing in June 2018. He will continue to work with the company by taking a position on the advisory board.

LiveHire has appointed a US-based Lesa Francis as non-executive director, further strengthening its North American market expertise. Reina Nicholls has resigned as non-executive director to allow for the transition of its board composition to include a US director. Ms Francis had a 37-year career in the North American staffing industry, including as chief executive of two respected staffing firms.

Paul Rennie has been appointed non-executive chair of NeuroScientific Biopharmaceuticals, taking over from interim chair Dr Anton Uvarov who will remain an executive director. Mr Rennie, founder and chief executive of ASX-listed Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals, has extensive experience in global drug development and has been involved in several clinical trials. His appointment comes as the company moves into the clinical trial stage of novel peptide compound, EmtinBTM, designed for the treatment of degenerative neurological conditions.

Salt Lake Potash has appointed Rebecca Morgan as non-executive director. Ms Morgan is an experienced mining professional, having worked in senior technical and executive functions across number of companies, commodities and jurisdictions over a 20-year career.

Kelly O'Rourke will replace Nicole Duncan as company secretary of South32 and become chief legal and external affairs officer from 9 July. Ms O’Rourke is a solicitor with extensive legal and commercial experience in both private practice and in-house.
