Evolution Energy Minerals has appointed Henk Ludik as non-executive director. Mr Ludik is a mining engineer with over 20 years of experience in engineering, feasibility studies, mine optimisation, environmental, social & governance, and corporate finance within the mining industry.
Family Zone has appointed Dr Jane Watts as non-executive director. Dr Watts has over 30 years of experience across the banking and financial services sectors within Australia. She has also sat on a variety of internal company boards and not-for-profit enterprises.
