Board Moves June 14, 2017

Adam Parker has been appointed non-executive director of Berkeley Energia. Mr  Parker was co-founder of Majedie Asset Management and has three decades of experience in institutional fund management in the London financial markets.

MMJ PhytoTech has appointed Lisa Dea as chief financial officer of Harvest One Cannabis, a subsidiary in the medical cannabis industry.

Yonder and Beyond has appointed Michael Hynes as executive director and chief operations officer. Mr  Hynes has significant experience in business growth and capital markets, and has been appointed to assist its subsidiaries in their transition out of the start-up phase.

Michael Fry has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Cougar Metals. Brett Tucker has been appointed as his replacement.

Keith Bowker has resigned as non-executive director and company secretary of Mount Ridley Mines. Johnathon Busing has been appointed company secretary.
