BBX Minerals has appointed current chief financial officer Ramon Soares as company secretary.
Jon Dugdale has been appointed chief executive of Golden Deeps and Sabre Resources. Mr Dugdale has over 30 years of experience in the resources sector including a strong track record of discovery, promotion and capital raising.
Anthony Ho is no longer an alternate director for Peter Evans at Newfield Resources.
Sacgasco has appointed Joanne Kendrick as non-executive director. David McArthur will resign as non-executive director but remains a joint company secretary. Ms Kendrick has 25 years of experience in the oil, gas and helium industries. She was directly responsible for managing production operations, exploration drilling and development projects, capital raisings, land acquisition, asset transactions and joint venture interests throughout her career.
