Horizon Gold has appointed Peter Sullivan as non-executive chair, taking over from Dugald Morrison who will transition to a non-executive director. Mr Sullivan is an engineer and has been involved in the management and strategic development of resource companies and projects for over 25 years.
Michael Harding will be retiring as non-executive chair of Lynas Corporation at the end of September, with Kathleen Conlon succeeding him in the role. Ms Conlon has been a non-executive director of the company since November 2011.
Noel O'Brien has resigned as non-executive director and will become technical advisor, metallurgy & processing at MetalsTech. His transition to a formal technical consulting role is aimed at strengthening the company’s technical capability in advancing the development of its Sturec Gold Mine, and to assist in securing a buyer or development partner for its lithium assets in Canada.
Darryl Edwards has been appointed joint company secretary of Primero Group. Mr Edwards is an experienced governance professional and a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
