Capricorn Metals has appointed experienced mining executives Mark Clark as executive chair and Mark Okeby as non-executive director. Mr  Clark has 28 years of experience in corporate advisory and public company management, and Mr  Okeby is an experienced mining company director with a background in corporate law. Douglas Jendry will transition from non-executive chair to non-executive director.

Mark McAuliffe has resigned as non-executive director of Entek Energy, having served on the board since 2017 including as executive chair and managing director.

Oonagh Malone has replaced David Palumbo as company secretary of European Cobalt. Ms  Malone has over 10 years of experience in company secretarial and administrative roles for ASX-listed entities.

Frontier Resources has appointed Nathan Lude as non-executive chair. Mr  Lude operates an advisory firm, Advantage Management, and has broad experience working in asset management, mining and the energy industry. Fei Peng has resigned as non-executive director.

Ron Heeks, Matthew Smith, Glenn Zamudio and Ian Clyne have resigned as directors of Kula Gold following the sale of Woodlark Gold Project to Geopacific Resources. Simon Adams replaces Garry Perotti as company secretary, and current non-executive director Mark Stowell replaces Mark Bojanjac as non-executive chair.
