Board Moves July 15, 2021

Advanced Share Registry has advised of the passing of director Alan Winduss yesterday. Stuart Third, who has been working closely with Mr Winduss in relation to the company’s affairs and was his alternate director, has been appointed a non-executive director and company secretary.

BNK Banking Corporation has appointed Michelle Guthrie and Calvin Ng as non-executive directors. Ms Guthrie has over 30 years of experience in media, entertainment, funds management, technology and professional services. Mr Ng has significant investment banking, mergers & acquisitions and funds management experience; and is the co-founder and managing director of funds and wealth management firm Aura Group.

Elevate Uranium has appointed Stephen Mann as non-executive director. Mr Mann is a geologist and corporate leader with over 3 decades of experience in the discovery, development, and commercialisation of mining assets, including 17 years in senior roles within the uranium sector.

Following a review of its leadership and management structure, and the ongoing litigation against the governments of Congo and Cameroon, Sundance Resources has concluded that the role of chief executive is no longer a full-time requirement and its responsibilities will be absorbed by its board of directors. Giulio Casello, the company’s long-serving chief executive since November 2010, will become a non-executive director.

Simon Whybrow has taken over from Stephen Hewitt-Dutton as company secretary of Swift Media. Mr Whybrow is a Certified Practising Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 25 years of corporate and commercial experience within ASX-listed and unlisted companies.
