Board Moves July 15-19, 2019

Vince Ippolito has been appointed president and executive chair of Botanix Pharmaceuticals. Mr  Ippolito joined the board in May as president. Dr Stewart Washer will step down as interim non-executive chair but remains on the board as non-executive director.

Data Exchange Network has appointed Matthew Madden as chief executive. Mr  Madden is a highly experienced data centre and telecommunications executive with broad experience in B2B telco, data centre and technology companies.

Jason Stirbinskis has resigned as executive director of Mount Burgess Mining due to increasing responsibilities as managing director of Andes Resources.

Rob McDonald has been appointed non-executive chair of New Century Resources. Mr  McDonald has more than 40 years of experience in the international mining sector as well as experience in investment banking. Evan Cranston will step down as chair but remains a non-executive director, and Tolga Kumova is leaving the board.

Roots Sustainable Agricultural Technologies has appointed Dror Nagel as non-executive director. Mr  Nagel has extensive experience managing local and international public companies.

Leigh Junk has resigned as non-executive director of Silver Lake Resources.

Maggie Niewidok has replaced Justin Mouchacca as company secretary of Stemify.

Titan Minerals has appointed Laurie Marsland as managing director and chief executive, and Michael Hardy as non-executive chair. Mr  Marsland has over 35 years of technical experience in mining project evaluation, development and implementation. Mr  Hardy has practised as a barrister and solicitor for 40 years. Matthew Carr will remain an executive director (having been executive chair since 2017), Cameron Henry and Robert Sckalor have both resigned as non-executive directors.

David McArthur has resigned as non-executive director of Xstate Resources but remains as company secretary.
