Geopacific Resources has appointed experienced mining engineer Tim Richards as chief executive. Mr Richards will commence in the role in October 2020 with current chair Ian Clyne continuing in an executive capacity during this transition. Mr Richards has extensive mining experience in Australia and the expatriate environment across Papua New Guinea, Europe, Africa, and the Caucasus.
Dean Jagger has replaced Stuart Usher as company secretary of Holista CollTech.
Benjamin Young has resigned as non-executive director of Mustera Property Group having co-founded the company and serving on the board for a decade.
Dato Koon Poh Low has joined the board of MyFiziq as non-executive director. Dato Low advises public and private companies across multiple jurisdictions and has a deep understanding of the markets across North America and Asia Pacific.
New Zealand Coastal Seafoods has formally appointed Andrew Peti as chief executive. Mr Peti joined the company as chief operating officer in September 2019 before being appointed interim CEO in March.
