Board Moves July 10, 2020

Metals X has appointed Peter Gunzburg as non-executive chair, Grahame White as non-executive director, and non-executive director Brett Smith will transition to an executive role. It follows the resignations of Brett Lambert and Anthony Polglase as directors. Patrick O'Connor will transition from a non-executive chair to non-executive director.

Boyke Abidin has stepped down as executive director of Nusantara Resources in order to focus on his executive role in delivering the company’s Awak Mas Gold Project located in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Kamen Palatov, alternate director to Rick Ness, has been appointed non-executive director. Mr Palatov is a representative of PT Indika Energy Tbk, which has a shareholding in the company, and is head of strategy & business development having previously held the position of head of corporate investment.

Sipa Resources has appointed John Forwood as non-executive director. Mr Forwood is a qualified geologist and lawyer with extensive experience in equity markets, with a particular focus on the junior resources sector.
