Board Moves July 10-14, 2017

Brian Simons has been appointed head of sales at AssetOwl. Mr  Simons has been in software sales for 10 years.

Raj Surendran has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of DTI Group.

Keith Pollocks has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Kasbah Resources. He replaces Trevor O'Connor, who will be departing later this year.

Keith Phillips has been appointed managing director, president and chief executive of WCP Resources. Mr  Phillips is a highly respected mining investment banker based in New York, with a career on Wall Street spanning 30 years.

BrainChip Holdings has appointed highly regarded Silicon Valley technology executive, Emmanuel Hernandez, as non-executive director.

Alain Bouruet-Aubertot has been appointed executive director of CFOAM, with direct oversight of the company’s US-based operational platform. He replaces Michael Placha who has resigned from the board of CFOAM and as chief executive of Carbon Innovations.

John Sanders has been appointed company secretary and general counsel of Galaxy Resources. Mr  Sanders is a senior coporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience. Simon Robertson has stepped down as company secretary.

Norman Grafton has retired as company secretary of Golden Deeps, Metals Australia, and Sabre Resources after serving 11 years on its boards. Paul Fromson, a finance professional with extensive experience in ASX listed entities, has been appointed company secretary of all three entities.

John Derwin has been appointed non-executive director of Global Construction Services, following the retirement of Sam Mangione at the end of June.

Mark Wilson has resigned as non-executive director of Tanga Resources to focus on his full-time executive responsibilities at Legend Mining.
