Experienced mining executive Wayne Bramwell has been appointed non-executive director of Ardea Resources. Mr  Bramwell has more than 26 years of international and Australian project evaluation and development expertise across base metals, precious metals and bulk commodity sectors.

Trevor Harris has agreed to step down as chief financial officer and company secretary of Atlas Pearls and its subsidiaries due to the restructuring of the company’s finance team.

Mark Southey has been appointed non-executive director of Arafura Resources. Mr  Southey has a wealth of mining, project realisation and technical experience. His appointment comes at a time as the company transitions from development through to production phase.

Rob Downey has resigned as non-executive director of Minrex Resources after serving more than 3 years on the board.

Peter Peebles has retired as non-executive director of Victory Mines. Current company secretary Elizabeth Hunt will also assume the role of non-executive director.

Emma Poposka has joined the board of Ookami as non-executive director. Ms  Poposka has a Masters Degree in Computer Science and an MBA, and has been involved in the blockchain space since late 2012.

Eddie King has resigned as non-executive director of Lindian Resources to focus on his other directorships.

Queensland-based businessman Peter Lewis has been appointed non-executive director of Pacific Bauxite. He replaces Mark Gwynne who has resigned from the board as an executive director, but will remain in the company as its chief executive.

Newfield Resources has appointed Robert Ang as non-executive director following the retirement of Suryandy Jahja, who has been a director since 2015. Mr  Ang is a graduate in banking and finance from Monash University and is portfolio manager of ESW Manage in Singapore, where he is responsible for trades in foreign exchange currencies, commodities and stock indices futures.

Chris Huish, an employee of Ventnor Capital with more than 14 years of experience in UK and Australian corporate sectors, has been appointed joint company secretary of Latitude Consolidated.
