Sally McDow has replaced Nicola Betteridge as company secretary of 333D, as Ms Betteridge commences her maternity leave. Ms McDow has an extensive background in corporate secretarial and corporate governance in a number of industries.  

Mader Group has appointed Justin Nuich as chief executive from 28 January. Mr Nuich has been a non-executive director of the company since January 2019. He has over 20 years of experience in the mining, oil and gas industries. Current chief executive Patrick Conway remains an executive director but will become director of emerging businesses with a focus on business growth and development.

MyFiziq has made some changes to its board structure as it progresses its US NASDAQ initiative. Peter Wall is stepping down as non-executive chair but will continue to work closely with the company and its transition to the US, through his law firm Steinepreis Paganin. Current chief executive and founder Vlado Bosanac will become executive chair and chief executive for the transition to the US. MyFiziq also intends to appoint a US-based director for when it re-domiciles to the US.
