Board Moves February 5, 2018

African Energy Resources has announced that current managing director Frazer Tabeart will become an executive director of investor relations and business development, and Bill Fry becomes executive director, commercial.

AVZ Minerals has appointed Nigel Ferguson as managing director and Rhett Brans as non-executive director. Mr  Ferguson will transition from a technical director to managing director due to an increased role and commitment required at the Manono Lithium Project. Mr  Brans is an experienced director and civil engineer with more than 45 years’ experience in project developments.

Philippe Reiser and Robin Gill have resigned as non-executive directors of Central Asia Resources.

Glyn Denison has retired as non-executive chair of OBJ, after 12 years as a director of the company.

Julian Atkinson has been appointed non-executive director of Roto-Gro International. Mr  Atkinson is a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience and has acted for the company since its inception in 2015. He replaces Steve Brockhurst who has resigned from the board.
