Board Moves February 27, 2019

Jamie Armes has resigned as company secretary of Alta Zinc. Current finance director Stephen Hills will take over the role of company secretary.

Matthew Bowles has been appointed non-executive director of Alto Metals. Mr  Bowles is a senior corporate finance executive with extensive public corporate advisory, private equity and capital markets experience in the resources sector. The company also announces the resignation of Dermot Ryan as executive director, chief executive and managing director. Alto Metals has also clarified that Patrick Holywell was not appointed a director, and it was an administrative error on the announcement released to the ASX on February 18. Mr  Holywell is no longer the chief financial officer and company secretary. Graeme Smith is the new company secretary.
