Board Moves February 27, 2018

Maja McGuire has been appointed company secretary and general counsel of Alexium International Group. Ms  McGuire has extensive experience as an ASX company secretary and legal counsel across Australian and US operational businesses. She replaces Kevin Kye who has resigned as company secretary. Following her appointment with Alexium, Ms  McGuire will resign as company secretary and legal counsel of Admedus, and Tanya Mangold has been appointed to the role.

Ann Robinson has joined the board of Pioneer Credit as non-executive director. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance strategy, performance improvement and innovation. Mrs  Robinson is a senior executive at Wesfarmers, and has been with the company since 2005.

Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) has appointed highly respected company director Robert McEniry as non-executive chair, succeeding David Griffiths who will retire after serving 11 years on the board. Mr  McEniry joined the AHG board in 2012 and has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.
