Mark Potter has been appointed non-executive chair of Artemis Resources, following the resignation of Sheikh Maktoum Hasher al Maktoum. Mr  Potter has over 15 years of experience in natural resources investments and is the founder and partner of Sita Capital Partners, an investment management and advisory firm specialising in investments within the mining industry. Artemis has also appointed executive director Edward Mead as chief operating officer.

Fiona Murdoch has joined the board of NRW Holdings as non-executive director. Ms  Murdoch has 30 years of experience within the resources and infrastructure sectors in Australia and internationally.

Dr James Ellingford has been appointed non-executive director of Roots Sustainable Agricultural Technologies. Dr  Ellingford has vast international experience in the software industry, and close ties with financial institutions and governments throughout the world. He was the international president of a multi-billion dollar NASDAQ software business Take-Two Interactive Software with its headquarters in Geneva and New York.

Christopher Dunks has been appointed an independent non-executive director of Strategic Minerals Corporation. Mr  Dunks spent the last 20 years on major minerals processing, refining and power projects in Australia and the USA. He also has experience in mechanical design, construction management and supervision, project controls, project management, contract negotiation, business development and new technology commercialisation.

Worley has appointed current non-executive director Andrew Liveris AO as deputy chair, and Dr Martin Parkinson AC as an independent non-executive director. Dr  Parkinson has extensive advisory experience having served the Australian Government and Prime Ministers on all facets of economic, social, foreign, defence and national security policies for almost forty years.
