Board Moves February 18, 2019

Warren Hallam has been appointed managing director and chief executive of Capricorn Metals. Mr  Hallam is a metallurgist with extensive experience in corporate roles and technical/managerial roles, predominantly within the gold and nickel business units.

Esports Mogul Asia Pacific has appointed Jamie Skella to the newly established role of chief strategy and commercial officer where he will lead business operations and strategy (including go-to-market and commercialisation), as well as overseeing developments in software and technology. Mr  Skella has substantial and diverse experience in building software, as an entrepreneur and technologist.

Andrew Jensen has been appointed interim chair of The Agency Group Australia, following the resignation of Philip Re. Mr  Jensen has strong commercial, strategic and M&A experience and has financially led companies in real estate, financial services, telecommunications and the franchising sectors in Australia and internationally.
