Board Moves February 15, 2024

Alliance Nickel has appointed Klervi Menaheze as a non-executive director.  Ms Ménahèze is the vice president of sustainability ESG and eco design in the raw materials division of Stellantis NV, the company’s strategic partner and cornerstone investor. She is a highly experienced automotive industry executive with nearly 20 years of experience at Stellantis.

Arrow Minerals has officially appointed highly experienced iron ore executive David Flanagan as managing director. Mr Flanagan was the founding managing director of Atlas Iron when the company built five new iron ore mines in five years. He has been a consultant of Arrow since December 2023 and his experience in the iron ore business will be invaluable as the company implements its strategy in establishing a significant iron ore inventory at Simandou North. As part of the board changes, Jeff Dowling has been appointed non-executive chair, Tommy McKeith has transitioned from executive chair to non-executive director, and Frazer Tabeart has resigned as a non-executive director after a decade on the board.
