Board Moves February 1, 2017

Global Gold Holdings has announced the appointments of Nicholas Ong as non-executive director and Daniel Smith as company secretary.  Leonard Math has resigned as non-executive director and company secretary, and Henko Vos resigned as joint company secretary. 

Larry Archibald has been appointed independent non-executive director of Woodside Petroleum.

Andrew Vlahov OAM has been appointed group chief executive officer of iCollege. Stuart Manifold will assume a new role within the executive management team.

ATC Alloys has appointed Trent Franklin as company secretary following the resignation of Carol New as chief financial officer and company secretary.

Daniel Harris has been appointed non-executive director of Australian Vanadium.

Ensurance has announced the appointment of Sam Hallab as company secretary.  Mr  Hallab will continue in his role as chief financial officer. Jay Stephenson and Julia Beckett have resigned as joint company secretaries.

Andrew Maxwell has been appointed non-executive director of Medibio. Frank Prendergast, current non-executive director, has been appointed chair.

Velpic has appointed Catherine Anderson as company secretary, following the resignation of Piers Lewis.
