Alterra has appointed Paul Jensen as non-executive chair, Andrew Young as non-executive director, and Steve Ledger as company secretary. It follows the retirements of Mark Clements as chair and company secretary, and John Palermo as non-executive director. Mr Jensen has over 20 years of experience as an executive and non-executive director for ASX-listed, privately-owned and not-for-profit companies.

Simon Coxhell will be stepping down as non-executive director of Great Northern Minerals at the end of the year. Mr Coxhell joined the board in April 2020 as an executive director before transitioning to a non-executive role in June 2022.

New Zealand Coastal Seafoods has appointed Ivan Wu as non-executive director, following the resignation of Evan Hayes. Mr Wu, the founder and principal advisor of corporate advisory firm ICW Capital, has over two decades of professional experience in commercial and corporate finance within the utility, technology, and resource sectors.

NT Minerals has appointed experienced mine development and project manager Rodney Illingworth as managing director. Mr Illingworth has over 35 years of experience in the development, production and marketing of complex and remote mining projects within Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and South Australia. He has been involved in a number of successful capital raisings, and has also owned & operated several green field projects in conjunction with Indigenous landowners.

Viking Mines has appointed qualified lawyer Michaela Stanton-Cook as joint company secretary. Ms Stanton-Cook, who is with Source Governance, has over 4 years of experience in providing company secretarial and corporate advisory services across various industries.
