Andrew Milner will be stepping down as chair of Cirrus Networks, after 6 years on the board. Current non-executive director Paul Everingham will take over as chair.
Greenland Minerals has appointed Daniel Mamadou as managing director, following the resignation of Dr John Mair from the role. Dr Mair will work in an advisory capacity during this transition period. Mr Mamadou is the founder of Welsbach Holdings, a Singapore-based technology metals specialist advisory and investment company. He is tasked with driving the next phase of its growth and development, as the company pursues new opportunities in technology metals and minerals to add to its existing Kvanefjeld rare earths project in Greenland.
OreCorp has appointed legal counsel Jessica O'Hara as joint company secretary. Ms O’Hara is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising clients on general corporate law, as well as regulatory and compliance issues.
Prodigy Gold has appointed non-executive director Gerard McMahon as chair. Mr McMahon joined the board recently on 29 November.
