Board Moves December 3, 2019

Alison Quinn has been appointed non-executive director of BWP Trust. Ms  Quinn is an experienced director, chief executive and senior executive with an extensive background in property development, aged care, banking and finance.

Lion One Metals announces the passing of non-executive director John Robinson, who has been with the company since April 2017. Ian Chang, chief development officer since April 2017, has resigned. Kevin Li, current project manager in Fiji since July 2017, will assume Mr  Chang’s responsibilities.

Piers Lewis and Luke Hall have been appointed non-executive directors of Lustrum Minerals. Mr  Lewis has over 20 years of corporate experience in finance, banking, management and M&A. Mr  Hall has corporate and commercial law experience whilst working in financial services law at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Josh Puckridge and Loren King have retired as non-executive directors. Mrs  King will continue as company secretary.

Patrick O'Connor has been appointed non-executive chair of Metals X, following the resignation of Simon Heggen. Mr O’Connor was recently appointed a non-executive director. Damien Marantelli has also resigned as managing director but will remain as chief executive during the transition period. YiMin Zhang, nominee director of Jinchuan Group, intends to retire once a suitable replacement representative is appointed. Brett Smith has joined the board as non-executive director. Mr  Smith has over 30 years of experience in natural resources including precious and base metals, coal and iron ore.

Ian Goldberg has replaced Tamara Lissovski as company secretary of Tiger Resources.

Scott Mison has taken over from Dane Etheridge as company secretary of Victory Mines. Mr  Mison has over 23 years of corporate and operational experience across Australia, UK, Central Asia, Africa and the US.

Ronnie Duncan has joined the board of Wide Open Agriculture as non-executive director. Mr  Duncan, co-founder and chair of Meerkats, has extensive experience in purpose-led, brand strategy development and implementation within the food and energy sectors.
