Board Moves December 23, 2021

Albion Resources has appointed Mark Major as non-executive director, following the resignation of Jonathan King who has been on the board for over 4 years. Mr Major is a qualified geologist with over 27 years of experience in the resources industry, assisting in shareholder wealth creation and developing greenfield exploration projects to the mine development.

Cirrus Networks has appointed Adam Waterworth as non-executive director. Mr Waterworth has extensive experience in financial markets, investing and business operations.

DigitalX has appointed highly experienced finance industry executive Lisa Wade as chief executive. Ms Wade has over 30 years of experience in finance and financial markets, and a strong background in blockchain project development and funds management.

Peter Richards has resigned as non-executive chair of Elmore after 12 years on the board, at a time when the company was restructuring from an Indian mining company to an Australian-based minerals services company.  Current chief executive and managing director David Mendelawitz will become interim chair.

Peregrine Gold has appointed Anees Sabet as non-executive director. Mr Sabet is an established businessman with extensive experience in identifying and developing resource projects. Following the acquisition of New Frontier Resources by Peregrine earlier this year, Mr Sabet became a major shareholder of Peregrine.

Martin Bennett has resigned as technical director of Shree Minerals. He will be relocating to Queensland.
