David Sanders has been appointed an alternate director for Matt Hardisty at Anglo Australian Resources.
Craig Smith and Campbell McKenzie have resigned as non-executive directors of Pacific Bauxite. Melissa Chapman and Catherine Grant-Edwards have also resigned as joint company secretaries.
Sara Edmonson has joined the board of Po Valley Energy as non-executive director. Ms Edmonson has extensive experience in natural gas & is the President of Associazione Energia Nazionale, an Italian association created to promote sustainable production, transportation and use of domestic energy. She was previously with Po Valley from 2010 to 2017, as chief financial officer and then as acting chief executive.
