Board Moves August 31, 2022

Okapi Resources has appointed Fabrizio Perilli as non-executive director. Mr Perilli has over 25 years of experience in the property development and construction sectors. Leonard Math will be retiring as an executive director at the upcoming AGM in September, but will remain a chief financial officer and company secretary.

Parkway Corporate has appointed Stephen van der Sluys as a non-executive director. Mr van der Sluys is an investment banker and business executive with extensive international experience in capital markets, strategic transactions, mergers & acquisitions.

Vital Metals has advised that Geoff Atkins is no longer the managing director, and Russell Bradford will become interim chief executive. Mr Bradford is a metallurgist with over 30 years of project management and operational experience within the mining sector. He is a partner of Lionhead Resources, a significant investor of the company, where he is primarily responsible for conducting and undertaking technical due diligence on mining projects and providing portfolio company oversight.
