Thomas Soderberg will join the board of Global Energy Ventures in September as non-executive director. He will replace Jens Jensen who is a non-executive director and head of shipping. Mr Soderberg has over 30 years of experience in the shipping industry and his appointment as head of shipping is subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming AGM.
Greg Ledger has resigned as company secretary of Jindalee Resources.
