Trevor Hart has resigned as company secretary and chief financial officer of DEVELOP Global. He has been with the company since April 2013, and played a central role in the company’s recapitalisation and acquisition of the Woodlawn zinc-copper project. Steven Wood, director of Grange Consulting Group, has been appointed interim company secretary as the company seeks to recruit a CFO replacement. Mr Wood has been providing corporate advisory, governance, and financial compliance consulting services to a number of ASX-listed and unlisted entities.
Harry Miller has replaced Ian Hobson as company secretary of DTI Group. Mr Miller has worked with a leading global accounting firm, and as company secretary to various ASX-listed companies.
