Board Moves August 21, 2017

Justin Ferravant has been appointed chief financial officer and company secretary of Strike Energy. He replaces Matthew Montano, who has elected not to transfer with the company as it relocates its headquarters from Sydney to Adelaide.

AVZ Minerals has appointed HongLiang Chen and Guy Loando as non-executive directors and Mathew O'Hara as company secretary. Gary Steinepreis has resigned as non-executive director and company secretary.

Azonto Petroleum has changed its name to Calima Energy. Alan Stein and Jonathan Taylor have joined the board as managing director and technical director respectively. Robert Downey has resigned as a director.

Bruce Waddell has been appointed as an additional company secretary of Aurora Minerals, Predictive Discovery and Peninsula Mines.

Surefire Resources has announced the resignations of executive director Brett Clark, executive chair Rahul Singh, non-executive director Jan Sloane and company secretary Phillip Hains.  This follows a request for the company’s securities to be placed into suspension in early August until all matters are completed, which is expected to be later this month.
