Aida Tabakovic has replaced David Peterson as company secretary of Greenpower Energy. Ms Tabakovic, of Mining Corporate, has over 11 years of experience and specialises in financial accounting, reporting and corporate compliance. She has also been involved in listing a number of junior exploration companies on the ASX.
Peter Harold, managing director of Panoramic Resources for over 18 years, will be stepping down from the company he co-founded in 2001. Under his employment agreement, Mr Harold will be leaving the company in August next year. However this date can be brought forward, and the company will commence the search for a new managing director.
