Board Moves August 15, 2023

Hexagon Energy Materials has appointed Philipp Kin as non-executive director. Mr Kin has extensive experience in the energy sector, and a specific background in project financing. Garry Plowright, non-executive director since June 2015, has indicated his intention to step down from the board once he has handed off the work he is currently involved in.

Matthew Beem, recently appointed director of finance for Xantippe Resources’ Latin America operations and non-executive director, has transitioned to an executive director as the company now focuses on current and potential projects in the region. John Featherby will step down as executive chair but remains a non-executive chair and continues to assist with its Australian investments via its 100%-owned subsidiary XTC Investments Australia.
