Board Moves April 5, 2024

Arafura Rare Earths has appointed Roger Higgins and Michael Spreadborough as independent non-executive directors.

BauMart Holdings has appointed Jack Spencer-Cotton as a non-executive director. Amos Tan was appointed company secretary, following the resignation of Natalie Teo.

Kore Potash has appointed Andre Baya as chief executive. Non-executive chair David Hathorn had served as interim chief executive since Brad Sampson's resignation in November last year.

Riedel Resources has appointed Grant Mooney as non-executive chair. Michael Bohm has stepped down as chair, but will remain a non-executive director. Mr Mooney has served on the board since 2018.

Sophie Raven has resigned as joint company secretary of Sandfire Resources.

Spartan Resources has appointed Craig Jones as chief operating officer.
