Stephen Roberts has been appointed non-executive director of DigitalX. Mr  Roberts is an experienced chair and non-executive director of listed and private commercial enterprises across financial services, bio-pharm logistics, agriculture and waste recycling sectors.

Hugh Hangchi has resigned as company secretary and group general counsel of Navitas. He has been with the company since its listing on the ASX in 2004. Matthew Rumpus, current assistant company secretary and senior legal counsel, will take over the roles when Mr  Hangchi leaves on May 20.

Shelley Robertson has resigned as managing director and chief executive of Norwest Energy to take up a senior leadership role with a large Perth-based ASX-listed resources company. The company has appointed Iain Smith as managing director, and current chief financial officer Jo-Ann Long will take over from Bennett Greenhalgh as company secretary. Mr  Smith is a petroleum geoscientist with 30 years of experience in the upstream oil & gas industry, internationally and within Australia.

Xavier Kris will be stepping down as managing director and chief executive of Swift Media when his contract ends in June. Mr  Kris will remain a long-term shareholder and will continue as interim executive chair until September, or until the company appoints a new chair.

Ian Widdicombe has resigned as non-executive director of Tempo Australia due to increasing workload from his full-time role at Woodside Energy.
